To Do or Not To Do?

Currently, everyday i go home, i will play computer game cuz i have no activity to participate in.

But now, i m considering to take up part time degree during my 2 yrs NS life since my working hour is 8-5.30 n no need to stay in..

I kinda need advices whether i shuld take up studies and which Uni? Hmmm..
